1g protein = 4 calories,
1g fat = 9 calories.
Dietary fiber is substracted from total carbohydrates as it is not fully absorbed.

so you are what u eat!!!

aku rase ko ok je ng badan ko skrg, seswaaii u! takkan ko nk ikut org lain yg beriya nak jadi tough, nk jadi hot. ak rase ko dah sememangnye hot ng bdn ko skrg......XOXO
